Nutrition as the basis of health

Nutrition is the foundation upon which everything is built: training, habits, and overall quality of life. Without a solid foundation in nutrition, any other change is more difficult to sustain over time. That's why I integrate nutrition with training and overall health, making my clients aware of its importance.

If someone comes to me for nutrition, I try to gradually instill in them the importance of movement and training. If they come for training, I guide them to understand the key role of nutrition in their journey.
