Road to the specialization

Pelvic floor health is essential for overall well-being, and strengthening it can transform your quality of life. My journey in this specialization began with my own experience, leading me to help others reconnect with their bodies and regain their confidence.

My journey toward specializing in the pelvic floor began with a personal experience. When I experienced a dysfunction in my own pelvic floor, I embarked on a life-changing process of self-discovery and connection with my body. I discovered how fundamental this area is to overall well-being and decided to dedicate myself to helping other women and men going through the same thing. For over ten years, I have been accompanying people in their recovery and strengthening, guiding them with closeness and commitment.

Nutrition, on the other hand, has always been one of my passions. For years, I've researched, read, and applied knowledge to myself because I understood it's a key component of physical and emotional health. It's not just about what we eat, but how we nourish our lives in every aspect. Training in this area was a natural choice so I could offer my clients a truly comprehensive approach.

To accompany people in their process of strengthening and recovering their pelvic floor, providing a comprehensive approach that combines training, nutrition, and breathing. My goal is to empower them with practical tools to achieve a deep connection with their body and long-term well-being.

My approach and values

My approach is intimate and personal. I don't see my clients as mere patients, but as people with unique stories, challenges, and goals. I build deep, trusting relationships because I believe true change occurs when we feel supported and understood.

The values that guide my work are consistency, impact, and authenticity. I don't just teach what I know, but I apply it to my own life. This allows me to lead by example and speak from experience. Furthermore, having gone through similar difficulties as many of the people I mentor, I can understand them from a place of truth and empathy.

What sets me apart as a professional is my adaptability and the variety of tools I use. A client can start by seeking training and end up discovering the importance of breathing, nutrition, or posture. I'm trained in Pilates, CrossFit, personal training, functional training, strength training, pregnancy and postpartum training, pelvic floor training, nutrition, flexibility, breathing, and posture, which allows me to design personalized and effective processes. My goal is not only for my clients to achieve their goals, but also for them to walk away with a deep understanding of their own bodies and tools they can apply without relying on anyone else.
