About my

My journey into the world of wellness began, like many important things, from personal experience.
When I went through pelvic floor dysfunction, I embarked on a profound process of self-discovery, healing, and connection with my body. It was a turning point: I understood that this area—invisible to so many—is a fundamental foundation of our overall health.

Since then, I have dedicated myself to supporting women and men in their physical and emotional recovery. I have been guiding processes with commitment, respect, and compassion for over ten years.

Also the nutrition It has been an essential part of my personal transformation. For years, I researched, experimented, and learned on my own, until I decided to pursue official training so I could provide even more comprehensive guidance.
Because it's not just about what we eat, but how we nourish ourselves—both inside and out.

My approach

I work from a close, conscious and deeply personalized place.
I don't believe in universal recipes or "model" bodies. Each person has their own story, their own rhythms, their own wounds, and their own desires.
That's why I build a space of trust and care with each client. One where they can move, breathe, nourish themselves, and reconnect from their truth.

My three pillars are:
🌿 Coherence — I live what I share.
🌿 Authenticity — I don't teach theories, but real paths.
🌿 Impact — I want those who work with me to take away tools for life.

My training

Over the years, I've developed an integrative approach, bringing together tools from different disciplines that allow me to provide you with personalized and comprehensive support.

I have trained in personal and functional training, with a special focus on strength, mobility, posture, and flexibility. I also practice Pilates, CrossFit, and mindfulness training.
Pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor recovery are central to my journey, as are nutrition and sustainable eating habits, which I now integrate as a fundamental part of my well-being.
Breathing, body awareness, and postural work complete this map of resources that I use to adapt to each person and each process.

Each person who comes to me brings a different reason, but often the path reveals much more.
Someone may start out wanting to gain strength and end up rediscovering their body through breathing. Or they may come looking to improve their diet and end up feeling at home in their own body.
That's the magic of comprehensive and conscious support.

“Remember that your well-being starts from within.”

My purpose

I am driven by the desire to help people feel at home in their bodies.
I believe that true well-being is not an aesthetic goal or a fad: it is an act of responsibility and love.

Training, learning, feeling, taking care of my mind and emotions… all of this is part of how I live. And it's from this place that I accompany: honoring the processes, unhurriedly, with presence.

Because when we choose to truly look at ourselves and take charge, everything changes. And that, for me, is freedom.
