Pelvic floor
Pelvic Floor, Pregnancy and Postpartum
The pelvic floor is an essential part of our well-being, yet we tend to pay attention to it only when something starts to go wrong.
This set of muscles supports vital organs, gives us stability, and participates in important functions such as continence, breathing, posture... and even pleasure.
When it doesn't function properly, uncomfortable symptoms such as urinary incontinence, prolapses, or discomfort during intercourse can appear. But there may also be more subtle signs: a feeling of internal weakness, lower back pain, tension, or a disconnection from the body.
Consciously working on the pelvic floor helps not only restore its function, but also prevents future complications and improves the quality of life in all its dimensions.

As job?
My approach is holistic: I work with the entire body, not just one part.
I integrate posture, breathing, deep core, and functional movement to help your pelvic floor recover and strengthen in the real context of your life.
A fundamental part of this work is learn to properly manage pressures within the abdomen, something we often do without realizing it and that directly impacts the pelvic floor.
I teach how to move, breathe, and train without damaging this area, so that the body functions as a balanced and connected system.
It's not about doing isolated exercises, but rather integrating your pelvic floor into everything you do: walking, lifting weights, coughing, training, breathing... even your intimate life.

Pregnancy and postpartum: support aware
Accompanying a woman during her pregnancy is, for me, an act of profound respect and love.
During this stage, the body changes, opens up, and adapts. That's why I've created a specific protocol, designed to prepare all structures that support this transformation: the pelvic floor, posture, breathing, deep muscles… but also the heart and mind.
Training during pregnancy is not just about moving: it is prepare physically and emotionally to experience childbirth with awareness, strength, connection, and confidence.
After birth, the work continues.
Postpartum is a time of rebuilding, of adjusting, of coming home to yourself. And when the work has been done beforehand, recovery is not only more effective, but also more conscious and loving.
I feel deeply connected to the women I accompany in this process.
Together we create a real, warm bond, sustained by trust. Because you are not alone: I am with you to help you regain your center, your strength, and your identity in this new phase.
“Pregnancy and the postpartum period aren't times to push yourself, but rather to live with care. Accompanying you on this journey is one of the most beautiful gifts of my profession.”
