Training

Conscious Training and Adapted

For me, training isn't just about strengthening the body: it's about listening to it, understanding it, and supporting it.

My approach to fitness has nothing to do with conventional fitness. There are no external demands or molds to fit into. Each person has their own story, their own rhythm, and their own way of experiencing movement.

I accompany women and men who want to improve their quality of life through their bodies.

Some people come eager to reconnect with their strength, others are recovering from surgery or living with pain. I also work with older adults looking to stay active, stable, and vital.

Each case is unique, and my job is to adapt the movement so that it becomes a real tool for transformation.

As job?

I start by observing and listening. I don't follow any fixed framework: I create spaces of trust where you can move freely, without judgment.

I integrate functional training techniques, Pilates, strength training, mobility, running, breathing, posture, and pelvic floor exercises. Whatever you need, whenever you need it.

Sometimes we train on a mat, other times with dumbbells, sometimes in silence, and other times with music. Movement is just the medium. What matters is how it transforms you.

What the body learns, life learns. thanks

When we train consciously:

  • You gain strength, balance and energy.
  • Improve your posture and breathing.
  • You regain mobility, confidence and stability.
  • The pain decreases and the body begins to flow better.
  • Your mind also calms, focuses, and frees up.

No matter your age or your starting point, there's always room for improvement.
The body has immense wisdom: it only needs to be listened to and accompanied with respect.

“Movement can be a profound act of self-care. When we experience it this way, we no longer train to change our bodies, but to better inhabit ourselves.”
